Michael J. Slugocki

Michael is a motivated advocate who believes that everyone should have access to an affordable attorney. For this reason, Michael launched Slugocki Law PLC in 2021. With eleven years of litigation experience, Michael is able to offer skilled services in: Criminal Defense, DUI Defense, Traffic Defense, and Social Security Disability Insurance. Michael prides himself on offering one-on-one individualized client support while maintaining affordable legal fees for people of all backgrounds.

Michael was raised in Scottsdale, Arizona and attended the University of Arizona for his undergraduate degree. He moved back to his birth city of Chicago for law school where he graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2014.

Michael has had a diverse legal background in multiple areas of law. Michael has represented over 1,250 clients in criminal, civil, and administrative matters, appearing in more than 75 courtrooms across Arizona. Michael has represented Social Security Disability Insurance claimants in over 800 federal administrative hearings. As a public defender, Michael has defended indigent individuals, ensuring due process and upholding constitutional rights. 

Michael started Slugocki Law PLC in 2021 to offer a personalized and affordable legal service for his community.

When Michael is not practicing law, you can find him hiking and exploring our beautiful state of Arizona. Michael has been an avid outdoorsman since he was a child while earning his way to an Eagle Scout Rank. He is also an active participant in local civic and community affairs.
